The Bb to F sounds totally wrong to me, for some reason. I just listened to the Dylan version, and I'm pretty sure they use a simplified chord structure, so that's probably why it doesn't sound right. Or maybe it's just wrong?

@SeanDemey I don't know, my advice is that you pick a song that you really like that uses barre chords (Mine was Creep, by Radiohead) and play it a lot, you will enjoy the song and focus on it more than on the difficulty (and pain) of the barre chords, and it will just... happen naturally.

For the second part (the bridge), I've sounded out (starting with the "why'd she" of "why'd she have to go...") Em A7 Dm (same progression to Bb) C Fmaj. Beginning at the Bb back to the C and then finally resting on Fmaj "feels" like there's probably some extra walking between. Try it out and tell me what you think.
