I was there at the start line and remember it well. It was MUCh worse than it looks here on video, a very hard impact. And I've never seen Grant or Debbie racing since which is a shame. He should never have cut his hair!
@MmeDesgranges I think Grant raced once or twice after this crash, Debbie races a funny car in outlaws and is often out racing at Perth, dont think they travel anymore.
i remember this one well. the stupid thing is i cleary remember one of the crew members frantically pointing at something on the track ( fluid). they let the car stage and the rest is history.
