Does Dr Hawkins ever mention the corruption of the Constitution and the worlds corrupt banking and juridical system?

At the time when Dr. Hawkins book TRUTH vs FALSEHOOD was published

in 2005, in chapter 10 America, there various calibration pertains of America. The United States constitution itself calibrate at 710 & under the Judicial System chart US Supreme Cout was calibrated at 480. The much of the public awareness of system corruptions were not yet mentioned in the book. Please do direct your questions to Veritaspub in this YouTube site 4 Qs.
