how did you go about learning this?

I practiced a LOT the ball in the head!! I think you need the ball in the head super solid to have a chance on this one, cause it feels similar but much faster!

to my understanding that could even be a little bit easier, balance is a state you have to feel and vision doesn't help much or even makes it more difficult at times.

I was using the reflection of a window mainly for the placing at the start, after that is mostly feeling, like ball in the head but much faster....recently got like a 10-15 second run without the mirror.
