Hi, I found your video cuz I'm looking for new brushes, I've been having a weird (non-acne) reaction on parts of my face, little red bumps that hurt, mainly cheeks and eye area. don't know why! but I'm very allergic to animals, so I thought maybe its an allergy to my brushes? What was your allergic reaction like? And would you say this set is still the most bang for my buck? Thank you for any advice!

@AndreaJuliet I would bet that that is exactly what's happening! I used natural hair brushes for years, knowing that I'm allergic to animals, and never put two and two together on why my face would itch and swell. Mine is mainly on my cheek and jawbone area, and it breaks out into huge welts and turns neon red..yuck! I would say these are definitely some of the nicest synthetic brushes I've ever tried, as well as Eco Tools if you can find those locally!

Warning on Coastal Scents products. They are made in China and contain high lead contents that are linked to cancer causing illness and deaths. I have tested these products on my own and the lead levels are dangerous high amounts.

Warning Health Hazard do not buy Coastal Scents.

This review isn't on cosmetics, it is on SYNTHETIC BRUSHES. But go take a look at most of the makeup out there..and you'll see a big fat 'MADE IN CHINA' on it. Don't buy from them if you don't want to, but I like their products and will use them.

I said MOST cosmetics, thanks. Even everyone's beloved MAC has items made in China. If you have such amazing proof you would have videos about it, not just spamming comments. I do appreciate the concern, but until I see the proof for myself it means nothing. Contact them if you don't like it, or spread the word other than leaving comments on videos that aren't even talking about any makeup at all!
