Not everyone who plays these games are lifeless morons. I play MMO's all the time, but I am still going to college to learn programing and networking, while working a job at the same time, meanwhile hanging out with my friends in REAL LIFE.
Also, tons of people who play these are great people, just shy irl.
High-octane PvP combat! I had a Orc Fighter up to level 26 on some private server. The grind is pretty boring, and as far as PvE goes, there's no real sense of direction. I had to ask my usher friend what to do at nearly every turn!
@NoRogeR Obviously the graphics suck big time and the game too and beleive me i know about graphics i study 3d animation you see them awesome just because you are addicted to the game its a bad game go check some reviews too it get really bad reviews.
@Sylar23100 What other mmorpg has better graphics? Aion and l2 have the best visual graphics that is why I played l2 but not some other mmo like WoW. No one cares if you work with 3d animation, that doesn't mean you can have insane graphics in an mmorpg due to poeples shitty computers. If you don't know why people get addicted to this game you obviously haven't played long enough. I was addicted but I managed to quit.

@Sylar23100 You Honestly cannot compare this game to modern games we have now cause obviously its 7 years since the game has been out and alot has changed also consider the fact that this came out about 1 or 2 years before World of Warcraft which still manages to have shit graphics compared to this and this is an MMORPG remember not a single player game so they can't make the graphics really high, players would start to lag and seriously graphics is not important in a game, its just nice to have

@sevar3 I've been reading and hearing that Aion might come down with the FAIL Hammer and might go to the bots :( It's a shame cause I wanted to play it but now I don't think it's worth it.
I've played L2 for 4 years. Retail (official servers) have a lot of grinding, but any high rate (not official) servers are PvP mostly. Type in "dontlookatme" @ youtube search, you will see official server's PvP

I think Lineage is a great game. 180000 online gamers have been logged on Lineage at the same time for 11 years in just South Korea. at best WOW is 100000 gamers at the same time
a funny thing is a Chinese online game. It has 800000 users who log on at the same time cause of a lot of people

It looks like that, but there are actually differences between the races and classes which make the game style different. Yeah, Humans, Elves and Dark Elves all have dagger classes, Treasure Hunter, Plainswalker and Abyss Walker, but they get slightly different skills and totally different stats which makes for different play styles.

I think Lineage is a great game. 180000 online gamers have been logged on Lineage at the same time for 11 years in just South Korea. at best WOW is 100000 gamers at the same time
a funny thing is a Chinese online game. It has 800000 users who log on at the same time cause of a lot of people

And a lot of ability from different classes in this video are basically the same graphics. Anyone knows a video where i can see wether this game is really so one sided as it seems, or actuelly might be worth playing? Thanks in advance:)

It looks like that, but there are actually differences between the races and classes which make the game style different. Yeah, Humans, Elves and Dark Elves all have dagger classes, Treasure Hunter, Plainswalker and Abyss Walker, but they get slightly different skills and totally different stats which makes for different play styles.

EDIT: if your antivirus found a virus in your patch, dont worry, its just a false positive!. Just disable it and download the patch again. It is everything alright with the patch and its totally clean.
Will not risk a virus when you can find other really good private servers..
