It's a gazillion times easier if you just use a capo on the 3rd fret and play that Fm as a "Dm." It sounds a little high right there, but hey, acoustic covers have that kind of flexibility if you just play it clean.
It really helps for those with weak hand muscles that lack stamina for constant barre cords.
