future reference, you might want to mention that the second kick is in fact a kick ball-change. i'm sure a lot of people don't realize this and still can't get it to work.

You should point out that the second kick (for leads) takes the place of the rock step.

My partner and I are doing the grapevine on ...and5, and6, ...and then she does the kick and swivel. It works.
