  • Keep the veggies, ditch the fruit, add some eggs and eat boiled potato with virgin coconut and olive oil pre-workout. The key is blood sugar control! Eat scrambled eggs alone. Spinach and blueberries only. Insulin control AMEN.

  • One thing I suggest is try not letting your kne hit the ground on the lunges. It works out more musles trying to stabilize your body.

  • @likeomgutube A sandwich is one of the worst foods you can eat. How about a boiled potato with olive and coconut oil by itself. A juicy lean steak with red onions. The reason these people turn to vegan is due to digestive issues. They are on the verge of starvation and don't realize it. They have to eat a huge amount of foot to barely sustain life hence the lack of stored energy (fat). If people just understood blood sugar and proper food combining and when to eat what and how

  • @likeomgutube First off many people are gluten intolerant or sensitive. Bread makes you puffy and fat regardless. When you combine a carb with a meat the stomach has a hard time breaking down the meat do to enzyme and digestive juice conflict. Sandwich meat is loaded with preservatives and salt also. Combining meat with carbs can slow the digestion down many hours. Many people also don't properly chew food. No wonder people get fat and puffy as the age. Body gives up!

  • Jack LaLanne said everyone should workout at most 30 minutes a day every other day. He also said the workout has to be vigorous within the thirty minutes. So all you flapjacks need to shut the fuck up because you don't know jack shit about working out. Read Jack Lalanne's book: Live Young Forever. Maybe Dan read it. Or maybe not. I think that as longs as he is doing exercise, that's better than doing no exercise.

  • Dan may appear slim & lean but make no mistake hes probably strong as heck. This is a great workout for those ppl who say "I cant get to the gym in time" or "I dont even have 15 mins to spare!" well spare 61/2mins...quit being lazy! if you wanna be fit, get your mind right and just do it-JUST BRING IT!

  • @iNNeViTable1 Many at the gym are bloated and puffy with water weight. Don't forget inflammation. Chimpanzees don't look that strong but they can ripe your face off.

  • @MormonManUtah the bloat comes from creatine monohydrate use which fills your muslces with water. also muscle SIZE has nothing to with strength. theres a difference between working out for strength and lifting for muscle size etc. you really are so fuckin clueless that its scary.

  • @iNNeViTable1 Muscle has a memory and he could return to previous muscle mass by eating more complex carbs that work for him at the right time. Too much sugar from fruit causes the body to be hyper and not hold on to weight. By weight I mean healthy weight. By learning to control insulin and keeping the blood sugar spikes below a threshold you can unleash great power and stamina without being fat. Look at a lion. They are very strong and walk slowly but have explosive strength

  • It is so ironic how many people think Dan is too skinny personally I think we live in a world where too many people have serious weight problems. I have a feeling some these comments have been made by weight challenged individuals that are jealous at how fit you are. Dan just shows us how living a healthy quality of life by being active and eating the right foods and eating your fruits and veggies and getting back to nature pays off. Keep up the great vids man.

  • Your form needs attention. Its great to see someone highly motivatated going out there and working out so i ticked like for this vid just for that. Please get some exercise instruction though before you upload another, that s my advice.

  • All these comments and opinions about the workout got me thinking that maybe people aren't having enough fun. They're turning exercise into work...and to me that's a sure fire way of discouraging yourself into not exercising at all.

  • @LegendarySannin88 My dad is over 80 years old and has been doing what someone like you described as "wrong exercise"...he looks 50 and can easily outrun me. For those of you wondering...he's not a raw foodist, but he juices like crazy, he laughs a lot, and he walks whenever he can.
