@scab268 I've played 1,2,4 and 5 and had a go on Zero, and yeah i think the'yre all wose than this one and my favourite is 4. This one was way too easy, being able to visit the merchant upon death? Seeing though the merchant dies during chapter1 they didn't think that through. Plus two player took any aspects of fear out of it, which only leaves it as a shooter really. Wesker was a great villian but Sheva was a really shit character. Mercanaries was awesome though I gotta admit...

That's a shame because action can be a great idea for Resident Evil, just if it's done the right way and not replacing totally the survival horror definition that Resident Evil created.
