Try using glass wool,the stuff for lagging roof spaces and around hot water tanks yellow in colour.Cheaper than using a good pair of gloves

and its fire proof.I have been using it dry now for several months and it never fails. A word of warning millet does burn so why do you use it.Seem to be using a sledge hammer to crack a nut there!

Does your flashback arrestor run dry or does it run wet. What is the contents inside your flashback arrestor compared to what I am running in mine that you can see demonstrated in the videos. If your flashback arrestor runs wet and it becomes dry it is useless. Please explain to me in details the contents of your flashback arrestor compared to what I am demonstrating for individuals to build on their own. Buyers Beware when the seller does not explain completely.

Where is your documentation to prove yours has been pressure tested. Has the testing been done by independent laboratory? What is inside? Where is your demonstration video to prove yours actually works as you claim it does. I have videos to prove mine does work. I own a hydrogen & oxygen welder. What do you have to prove your flashback arrestor works as you claim it does. Are we supposed to believe yours works with out a video demonstration or independent laboratory testing?

My documentation is my positive feedback on ebay and my continued sales from my site, first off.. I don't sell them unless they are pressure tested. They do not run off a high PSI to begin with so testing it can be done with a simple bucket of water and an adapter from your air hose with a PSI gauge. I don't ship them unless they work.

If you watch the video and read the words you would have seen the changes and the statements made in the video that the welding glove is not necessary. Before you make a comment you must first pay attention to the video and read the words that state there is a change in the assembly process. "Welding glove fibers is not necessary."

Clay, if there is moisture going through it there's a possibility of it plugging it self. We will be trying other things on each side of the bronze wool in the center. We will be trying Rice, sand, etc. We will be trying a fire barrier on one end and bronze wool all the way to the other end for one-way flow. We invite other people to experiment with other things using are similar construction bronze wool in the center. Use a balloon for your test.

Regarding the professional flashback. There is none in the world for mix gases go to my videos and watch the 19 minute video from a Professional company. "Your flashback there is no HHO Gas to Talk About coming out for you to even test." Sorry I don't smoke. Regarding job I am working at GM.

(To laszlov25) Regarding the professional looking flashback for mix HHO Gas there is none. "Looks do not say it works."

There is a lot of good looking flashback and they don't work because they have to keep them wet. My flashback runs dry inside all the time no wetting needed for it to work. On 5-16-2008 I test my flashback with a balloon on one side of the arrestor supplying the HHO Gas and the other side a Flaming Torch. Try that with your flashback. Video will be posted on 5-17-2008

Great effort. try to blow through it once. you will be building a ton of pressure in your gen. since I figured out the whole bronze wool thing, people have over complicated it. about 4 inches of it in whatever line you want it in works everytime. no need to pack it tight. no need for cereal, gloves, screens. it is a screen. it wont move. see my older vids to know how simple it is.

I look at your flashback videos that you suggested me to look at on your site. Your hydrogen and oxygen gas being produced is extremely low. If you are producing a lot more gas 1-2 liters per minute from the end of your see-through hose you would have seen that burnt spot that formed turn red-hot and turned into a torch. That burnt spot with more gas coming out wood travel all the way across the bronze wool igniting the gas on the other side. I know what I am talking about I have tried it.

Watch my other test that I had failures on my past videos and you will see that I was using only bronze wool and the flame traveled all the way across the bronze wool because there was no fire barrier to extinguish the flame. Take a propane torch and ignite bronze wool and then ignite the millet that I am using as a fire barrier and you will see the difference for yourself.
