Actually cradle is the hardest part and ive also beat every level on 007, the trick to the ladder part is that you gently step backwards until you start to fall, but quikly press and hold forwards and you should be able to grab the ladder before hitting the platform, this allows you to aim and shoot down at trevelyn, while he misses you,. DDUUUHHH
