  • So badass "Looks like a suicide" with Costner just rolling tough across the mountains.

  • amazing scene from amazing film

  • People say this movie robbed Goodfellas. I disagree. This is such a beautiful movie.

  • @worldslinger81 yeah i can imagine DeNiro giving the stink eye to Costner while Cream's Sunshine of your love is playing background lol

  • Tucker traveled forward in time, created a You Tube account and Disliked this video.

  • serious wardrobe problem

  • hey thats my bike! american flyer2

  • We must worship obama

  • Always have enjoyed this movie, a solid movie. But this opening scene scene from the movie is just amazing and what I always think about when I hear "Dances With Wolves"

  • Love how the surgeon carelessly pushes against Dumb Bear's bloody, shot foot as he goes to wash his hands.

  • 6:40 "You son of a Bitch!! WOOOOOO!! WOO!!"

    shits hilarious! xD

  • Yeahhhh.... how come they were out of peach ice cream? Dammit, they never resolved that little issue, kind of ruined the movie for me really. Other than that, probably the best film ever made by Kevin Costco.

  • @cvg1099 LOL

  • why is it a sequel. but it did have a thread. the indians ate buffalo balls for virility. only in the movie they used the tongue.

  • @bgberger2 Actually, it was the white men hunters who cut off the buffalo hides and tongues in the movie, not the Indians. Sounds like you need to re-watch the movie.

  • @IronCladVlad re-watch the movie - get real. watch the buffalo hunt - when Costner shoots buffalo that charges you. indians come over, cut out the tongue and hand it to Costner. NOT the scene in which indians come upon the residue of the white man's buffalo hunt. got it straight now?

  • @bgberger2 Actually, they cut out the LIVER of the buffalo in that scene, not the tongue. They are nowhere near its head, and since tongues usually reside in mouths, and mouths usually reside in heads, you are therefore incorrect. YOU need to get it straight there pal. Like I suggested before, you should re-watch the movie... but it sounds like that option isn't spiritually viable to you, judging by your reaction to the suggestion. Trust me, the movie is worth watching again & again!

  • @bgberger2 ya dumb nigger for one their not indians, indians are from india. They are Native Americans. And the Native guy didnt cut out his tounge he cut out the buffolo's heart.

  • I never did understand this sequel to Field of Dreams, seems it should have had some baseball in it or something?

  • @cvg1099 What the f*** are you taking about?!

  • I have this movie and this is one of my favorite parts in the whole movie .

  • this seriously is CARAZY for any man to do haha

  • obama could have brought the north and south together

  • saw this movie with then girlfriend....kinda new agey, but i miss her...maybe i could send her a vhs copy and we could get enjoy the old times

  • There is more going on in Dunbar's head than a missing foot ... weary of war, and unmarried without any hope in becoming so.

  • ok so he tried to kill himself b/c he didnt want his foot gone???

  • ...

    ...

Uh... So, epic movie! I love this scene! It's been a while since I saw this movie, so when I saw "Avatar" this weekend I was like "This is Dances with Wolves... IN SPACE!!" lol. << probably not original, but call me old-fashioned, I prefer dances with wolves, specifically for this whole scene. It's EPIC!

  • i hate indians they are bad all they want is casinos and land that they can trash.

  • Wow you are a pos!

  • The officer in charge of purchasing firearms for the Union army refused to buy the Spencer. He said the troopers would only waste ammo. Lincoln finally ordered him to purchase 10,000. They were issued to the Sixth Michgan December of 1862. Eventually most of the

    Federal cavalry was equiped.

  • my dad told me when I was little that the great spirit knew John Dunbar was going down the right path, so he protected him when he tried to kill him self so that he could go live with the Sioux.

  • absolutely not an easy win. Union losses were higher. A bloody war.

  • GREAT MOVIE

  • God i wish i be there, thats the Glory

  • Dunbar's friend is Southern sounding?

  • damn .. those days were hard, but for some ..heroic

  • Those southerners did act stupidly: fired their one-shot muskets and got caught before reloading... It was easy for the yanks this way....

  • You yanks shot muskets as well. Repeaers weren't that common yet.

We weren't an easy win, you should read your history.

Oh and that war was NOT about slavery

  • Mr. "TheUnNerved". First I must tell you that I am no "Yank". I am a Brazilian, live in the city of São José dos Campos, SP. I am very fond of the New World history, particularly the USA, and the Civil War is my favorite subject. My hobby is firearms, and I am very well informed about the guns of that time. The muskets were the primary weapon of the war, but repeaters like the Spencer carbine and the Henry rifle (which is the one used by Dunbar throughout the movie) were favorited by officers

  • (continuing) and many soldiers purchased them at their own expenses.

I guess you didn't understand me when I said the yanks won easily... meant THAT particularly battle on the corn plantation in the movie. Although I know the South caue was wrong, I have great respect and much admiration by many of the confederate generals, as well as the Union's. Funny how people get angry at such things that happened 144 years ago or so... I see such comments often in YT.

  • Oh ad The Civil War, or Secession War, WAS about slavery, yes. Only the South politicians tried to hide that and put it on the patriotic grounds... No disrespect meant for mr. Davis and mr. Stephens, of course :D

  • Out of the top 5 reasons for the war slavery was number three... Economic and social differences between the North and the South. was the first with the invention of the cotton gin, Second was States rights versus federal rights and THEN Pro Slave versus anti slave. then aboltion movement and rounding out was the actual election of Honest Abe... who by the way was a huge racist.

  • northern agression my ass

Slavery was the key element, but you guys love to play it off as "the yanks are going change are way of life and culture".

  • Better go back and read real history. Slavery didn't play a key issue until almost the end of the war it was almost a footnote.

So what you are trying to say is that the ENTIRE Civil war was because of Slavery and NOTbecause of unfair taxation and theft of wealth?

  • yup, that was just a cover

  • this was my favourite part of the film!

  • Best part of the movie imo

  • one of the best scenes

  • One of the best films of all time. Really.

  • @hoadmaback GLORY was pretty darn good too, maybe even better, not sure, hmm, tough choice.

  • I was looking for this bit, really wanted to see it again.

    Thanks :)

  • Which Queen are you on about?

I take it you are still learning English?

Why would you want to learn English?

This was set in the USA at that time - No Queens there I'm afraid. (apart from the dodgy looking bloke eyeing-up Kevin Costner that is)

  • I was looking for this, thanks.

  • thanks mate, really wanted too see this again...
