Don't ask me, I didn't choose the cast, i'm just working with it, this Lt. Eva is clearly British, it's sometime after Red Alert 2 in an alternate timeline where Einstein was swept from the board by an officer turned Premier, a pompous incompetant general and a russian version of Dr Emmett Brown
