We have the highest rate of cancer survival of any country, because our people don't have to wait in line for treatment. The only difference with single-payer-not-for-profit health insurance is that there is no middle man (the ins cos) and there is no profit. Thus you can eliminate about 30% of the overhead and thus REDUCE cost while giving EVERYONE BETTER coverage!
