Umbreon is immune to psychic type, and can have really high defense and special defense if you train him right.

I am afraid they are not shadows so your Snag thing won't Snag them , iirc Pokémon Sapphire and Emerald are the only third gen games that allow you to catch Lotad or Lombre , at level 14 a Lotad evolves to a Lombre , Water stones evolve Lombre to Ludicolo , in D/P use dongle method with Sapphire in the adv slot , routes 204 and 229 are respective locations for wild Lotad and wild Lombre if you want one in D/P.
