well i would first make sure that your foreground color is not white.

and if the problem priests do troubleshooting for your keyboard.

@expressivemakeup If you have a picture with trasparency background then add a new layer and move it down, then with bucket tool you can get it. But if your pic is with any background then check my tut on how to remove it!

it will come out different if you use another type of font. i suggest using a bold one kinda like the one i used
