i just heard that kbox prodigy released a new file but u have to buy a new khub to load this file

try a hard reset, but turning off the receiver from the back for 5 minutes turn it back on, if this does not fix your situation, is your dongle light green or red? Did anyone hit a factory reset?

I have this receiver , i have no idea why but no channels appear to be on it anymore , please respond on how to fix. No channels whatsoever , it was working before we turned it off , we had favorite folders etc. It was working fine.
