Earth, the US government has already given 2.7 billion dollars in AID, not loans, to Haiti since 1990. This doesn't include internation aid and debt relief, and it doesn't include aid from private charities which have been used to build several schools, among other things. You don't really seem to know enough about this subject to justify your arrogance towards others. And rebutting somebody's argument by calling them "tard" doesn't make you look very smart, either.

Oceanic water vapor makes up 97% of greenhouse gases but politicians can't tax you for water evaporation....

there's a competing theory that says co2 is a trailing factor, a warmer atmosphere allows more co2 into it while a cooler climate forces that co2 into the oceans.

Danny Glover is reasonable and correct in everything he said. Whats the confusion here?
1) The relationship the us has had with haiti (as well as other colonialist nations) has been one where haiti has been exploited, its resources and labor and geographic position.
2) Climate instability has resulted in this confluence... of forces destroying haiti (among many others including katrina and more to come ...)

3) In copenhagen Ms Clinton instead of supporting the scientific experts from all countries who all agree except maybe 1 in 20 or so that climate instability is resulting from
a) the meat industry
b) Pollution in the form of carbon emmissions (in two main forms)
c) The ppm (parts per million) of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere reaching or exceeding 350 will result in catastophic natural disasters (see haiti) unless we change our lifestyles and policies immediately.

In copenhagen the US representative and other 'first' world nations leaders have been dancing around that because it means regulating HUGE corporations and losing much revenue which the countries (including us) are dependant upon.
Danny Glover is just explaining this dynamic and people are so confused because we want to believe we arent responsible and refuse to do what needs to be done. I.E. implement new energy policies. Stop being a meat and oil dependant culture / economy.

we are responsible for; droughts/floods, blizzards/mild winters, hurricanes/no hurricanes, glaciers melting/not melting, the arctic melting/freezing, average temperature going up or down, it really doesn't make any difference.
i've seen malaria, tsunamis and tooth decay blamed on global warming, it's the universal boogie man and the perfect scam, if 2+2=5 is just as valid as 2+2=4, it can't be disproven.

Danny might have had a point if the tsunami had been the result of a storm surge, such as what follows a hurricane. There would have been an arguably (somewhat) logical connection between the events. But since the tsunami was caused by an earthquake, which is not a weather-related phenomenon, his statement makes no sense at all.
