You should get rid of sugar from your diet, it affects mood, anxiety and worry etc. I have to because I am prediabetic. Drink tea, milk (goats milk) and water. It is a very good thing to get rid of sugar and watch your carbs too. Good luck.
you also need a sport system because they help. but good luck i would say try not to look at the weight so offten as long as you are eating the right things drinking your water instead of soda and juice cutting back on the other sweets little by little and when you work out the key is to get that heart a pumping and you will be all good
I must say between your two pages this one just seem as your energy is way to low you have to bring it back up because you need that energy to help you along on your weight loss endeavor.
Girl. I totally get that mindset, I need to get my degree in Weightloss too! I remember trying to get my degree and there were so many snags but I got it so maybe I can lose the weight finally. Good luck, many peace and blessings on your journey. I have faith you can reach your goal! I am scheduling a workout 6 times a week and I just factor it in like its a task that I have to do...no matter what. Consider it an extra hour at your job or something. Maybe that can help too.
Keep your head up Tracie. I believe we must go through different things before we get where we need to be. In the end it only makes you stronger. 21 days from now you will be able to look back and see how you've progressed (challenges and successes).
Ive been in a slump too. Just dealing with everyday life(girl those student loans aint no joke! I got two degrees and I swear I didnt learn that much to pay all that money! LOL) I just requested the book online through my library so I will be on this journey with ya. Just keep your head up.
Hi Tracie, I completely relate. Funny, I have 3 degrees also and I've said to myself, "I've done very hard things in my life; why can't I be successful at weight loss?" Supremely frustrating! But you know what to do...I find that if I record my eating and stick to a calorie limit; I lose weight, but when I fall off of that (which is often) I'm in a stagnant place. Check out the "LoseIt!" app for iPhone...its a cool and easy way to track calories. This can be done, girl! Let's get it!
Guuuuurl we all have a past..some of it we wish never happened. I know the feeling. You always put a smile on our faces with you videos..so you take care of you. I wish you the best!
I agree. It's so much easier to stay focused on school and other things. But school has stipulations, rules, and consequences...we're being held accountable each class meeting, assignment, etc. Every time we take out a loan for another semester we're held accountable. I feel like if they can some how apply that to weight loss, then it'll be easier to lose the weight. Because we'd be held accountable for it.
You have to take care of yourself first, so then you can take care of everything else in your life. You are worth it! Don't be scared of success. You will lose weight when you are ready and when you have a structured plan that is calorie based (i.e weight watchers). You need a plan (something on paper), because weight loss is a science. Plan your workouts/mealtimes like a regular appointment! Take care, be blessed.
I think the 21-day consciousness cleanse is an excellent idea. I really think you are on the right track of leaving your past failures behind you, forgiving yourself and moving forward. I have yet to conquer this weight thing either, but one piece of advice I can give you is to stop looking at the scale. I know you like to weigh in for your viewers, but you will have a lot less stress if you are not constantly looking at the scale. Just a suggestion. Good luck!
Good luck! Weight loss aint easy. For some its harder to do on their own. If at some point you feel you need help dont be afraid to reach out for it. there are lots of support groups out their with people struggling just like you.
Girl I totally understand where you are coming from. Weight loss is by far the most challenging "hurdle" I have ever faced. It is hard to accept your lack of weight loss when you know how to so easily "fix" other things in your life that aren't going the way you want them to. Anywho, keep your head up and don't be so hard on yourself. When you finally get to where you want to be you will appreciate it all the more because of moments like this. Stay blessed!
