This is nothing.. Just a sec ago.. wanted to look what time it was and if I got a message.. wanted to put the phone on hold again.. It flipped back on 10 fucking times! 10! It really gets on the nerves.. Fucking annoying..
mines goes on lockscreen and 5 minutes later powers of automatically i have to take battery off then on again this has been happening for about 2 months need help guys
Mine has been doing this for the last couple of weeks - I have a gallery full of screenshots. Although my main issue is that I will think ive locked my phone then when I look at it again (maybe in half hour or so) the lock screen displaying my weather and quick link icons will still be on the screen. Which is killing my battery - also when it does it on charge the handset gets very hot and tells me its overheating.....
@SakuraMaxx I kicked off so much that Vodafone said I could choose whatever new phone I wanted for free and continue my contract for the next 18 months at £30 per month. Hate to say it but I have an iPhone 4S now and I am well and truly converted. I am and always will be a PC man but as far as smart phones go this thing is perfect. I take back everything I said about them before.
They've finally called me back and are replacing my phone tomorrow. Straight swap minus the battery and rear cover etc. I'll let you know if the new one gets the same problem at the same software level.
@mashlikethepotato Cool I'm not the only one then, I have those two problems (and unresponsive touchscreen occasionally). Don't think there's a solution unless HTC decides to stop being lazy and fix it (I'm thinking of rooting mine and hoping there'd be a custom ROM that doesn't have these problems)
@SakuraMaxx Don't root it if you think that'll help mate. I've read on forums that people have done that and it kept the problem. Been on hold to vodafone for 1 hour and 45 minutes today and haven't even got through to the returns team yet - all mobile service providers are useless robbers.
SO DAMN ANOYING!? same problem since the lastest update, i dont think it's caused by a physical dommage.. hope they gonna fix that soon! And also the random screenshot issue... hate it!

AND also something stupid is when you have the phone in your hand, your connection drops! ( something the iphone also has, they call it the 'death-grip' )
I have the same problem. I want my old version back! I hope HTC has a quick solution for this problem. Screenshots all the time, my gallery is full of screenshots, my button on the top acts really weird, just like in the video. I hope i can download a new update soon to make my phone better.

I keep having the same problem it is so annoying. It only started once the upgrade was finished so I don't know how to fix it sorry (but you're not the only one)

my sensation went back to the fabric to repair this problem. Now i got it back for a month, problem starts again... this is getting anoying to me...

They sent out a patch today or something, and big the lock button issue and screenshot issue were fixed. I am so happy right now

Note: I do not have the 4g-version, so it's a problem with the regular HTC Sensation too.
