This is a Munchkin Scottish Fold cat. Most likely full grown. The ears are like that due to breeding on the Scottish Fold part. The very short front legs are from the Munchkin trait. It is usually discouraged to breed both a fold and a munchkin because of the dual dwarfism gene that causes ears and legs to be mutated. Adorable baby tho! I own a munchkin myself named Bruce!

It's a scottish fold they were bread to have their ears like that, their ears are straight when they are born then as they grow up they fold, it's actually a cartlidge defect still so cute!
