I ran the first Princess last year, dropping out at 8 miles with a huge blister. This year I was right there with you bawling my eyes out when I finished my first Half ever. I was way at the back of the pack, but I finished! Congratulations! I'm already planning to be back next year and the year after and the year after...
In less than 2 years, my wife went from not wanting to walk to the mailbox, to doing her first 5k, competing in a sprint triathlon, a 10k, and now a half marathon (13.1 miles). On top of that she also managed to lose 65lbs! I can't express enough how PROUD I am of her for accomplishing these goals. She is an inspiration to me and many others. Way to go Baby Doll!!
