agreed on Gundam Wing. I loved that anime cus it had tons of action and stuff, but yeah looking back on it, it was seems like a big piece of statist propaganda....still a good anime though, lol.
I love Gundam Wing - it's one of my favourite anime, along with other Gundams like Seed and 00. Currently I rewatching GW and also watching Code Geass which is also really good.
As to cyberbullying, while I oppose this sort of laws, I always wonder why emotional abuse (such a bullying) is largely tolerated by a our society even though its long term effects can be much worse than physical abuse (which is illegal).
The guy who uploaded them took down all the episodes :(. Stupid copyright. Hopefully he uploads them again later.
I don't know how you can really "tolerate" emotional abuse or bullying. I think you're always gonna have that, especially among kids and teenagers.
Certainly that kid committing suicide was an extreme case, but ultimately, it was her choice to take her own life. That bill is a huge threat to freedom of speech.
Carl Sagan was a Pagan/humanist/hedonist/atheist/Communist/Socialist type that was also a New World Order shill, so that alone is bullshit. As for Gundam, I will watch it when I have some time. By the way, there are also some pretty good Gundam video games that are for the
PS3 now. They are called Dynasty Warriors: Gundam and Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2...I think.
Carl Sagan's religious beliefs have no impact upon me. I agree that he was a bit socialistic, but he never supported authoritarian measures. I think Carl was at least a pocket anti-statist.
Gundam Wing is about as anti-state as you can get. The series reaches the wrong conclusion, but it's a very telling story about the nature of state power.
i'm definitely against a global state. congress is in bed with the big businessmen. they only pretend to go after big business. in reality, they work together. it's sickening.
That's how it's always been. If you're gonna give someone or some group of people a monopoly on violence, god be damned if they don't use it for their and their friend's interests at the expense of the rest of us on the tax farm.
