The fact that it sounds a little off-timed, makes it seem like there were actually robots that came to life and made an amateur band, which this is far from xD good job! ;D
Come on! U don't even need instruments these days! The churches R now installing digital organs and putting the speakers behind the old pipework. The congregations don't know nor do they care!
have you tried doing love shack or doing some Devo songs that would be cool and keep it up its amazing work your doing also how did it come to you to do this I see others that are good but this is amazing and the Quality in work and camera is incredible like if it was a music video thank you.
Is there a way to actuate it WITHOUT using solenoids? I'm guessing that running a cooling loop (cooling jacket) around the solenoids would probably increase the complexity AT LEAST TEN fold.
I came across this video from your other video showcasing the "EOL Robot Band"... Is this the same band just under a different name? Possibly with more "musicians"? I see a lot of similarities between the two, but there seems to be more instruments in this one.
wow... I love technology and I actually used to help run and still archive the MIT PICList mailing list for Microchip controllers, some of which were used in this... but... even so, that is a little creepy. Funny... awesome (took a /lot/ of work, I'm sure)... but creepy. Love the slide down the neck of the guitar with the little rubber roller. Hats off.
Great mechanics but the guitar is very out of tune and it's rendering the entire piece slightly out of tune. Funny how the simplest part of this elaborate experiment is just tuning the guitar...
This is great, James. Just heard you on CBC while driving on the road, and had to check this out the moment I stepped into my house. It's amazing as well as hilarious.
