i used to live in medford and i live in ohio now the thunderstorms here are so much more intense you can watch them roll in and it sounds like a battle zone in the distance ive never seen that in oregon i live in medford for 12 years

We got stuck on the North Table rock 1 years from a Bad T- Storm!

We had a Tornado in 1982 or 83 in Medford! a Huge electrical storm too!!! Get this !! it destroyed a Consession stand in The TORNADO Stadium!!!!hehe!!I was 10 or 11 years old..one of the biggest Storms of my Life!!!!100 + mph winds!

Ah, I remember that.

I was coming back from Newport and we had to turn off all electronics,

and when we were driving on the road, lightning struck like 40 feet in front of us, it was pretty intense.

We never used to get lightening like this so much. Now it happens more and more. It's pretty...but I'm scared to death of it. About a week ago, it was so loud in the middle of the night that my house shook. But this is cool video. I wish I wasn't too scared to go outside and watch it.

That's sick... I got to watch that storm from Grants Pass, glad somebody got some video! Unlucky me, I don't have video, I just have a DSLR so I'm kind of stuck with taking long exposures at night. The other vid I have is from my ex's camera.

Maybe I'll have to invest in something with video.. bad ass.

That storm was crazy. Lightning stuck by my house 4 or 5 times. No sound delay, bolts hit the ground with a crack and boom. Was awesome!
