Dude, Resident Evil hasn't been console exclusive for a long time. They've had games on all major consoles, and they always use the one that best fits their technology or gameplay requirements. They always said they developed the original games on PS1 because it was the most powerful console that generation. Same thing for the Gamecube during that generation. And now, the Wii is basically perfect for on-rails shooters, so putting it on the Wii makes a ton of sense. I don't see the problem here.

probably not since this is an arcade shooter and every resident evil FPS made has been a complete failure so far so they might not try it again.

I'm not sure, but it is possible. They are using some of the returning Canadian voice actors like Alyson Court as Claire and Sally Cahill as Ada.
