The Gulf Co-operation countries need to mandate "rear fog lamps" (UNECE Transport Regulation 38) for new market vehicles, the requirement for vehicles to be supplied with UN Spec hazard-warning triangle (UNECE 27R), and EN471 safety vests, one per car seat. All as is done in EU for good reason.
god bless the all the survivors and the police along with every1 who helped in recovering this disaster ... u won't believe unless u witness... its really a big big crash.. the road was like a junk yard... even the asphalt boiled were it caught fire... the damage is like 2 km long, and its too much ...
