I've heard good things about Chalean Extreme. Beachbody def has some awesome programs, I'm doing my 4th round of P90X. Looking forward to see how u do.
@souljagurlsha-My fitness friends have gotten really nice results from it and the P90X. I am not ready for X yet. I have it but I can't keep up! My problem is the food but week one was great! Thanks!
