  • natural gas is good WTF ARE YOU BRAIN DEAD oh-bomb-us

  • To all liberals who are upset with obama and the democratic party. Check out Bernie Sanders. There are politicians out there who arent just frauds.

  • Those poor (literally) Ohio voters, I'm sure many of them (including dumbass Rethugs) would take back Strickland as their governor.

  • Who wants to bet that Obama would be talking like this if he wasn't president?

  • @Jlnks When Jesus was hanging around prostitutes, tax collectors, religious leaders, etc., He was telling them to repent and to have holy, righteous behavior and not to use Christ as an excuse for their bad, sinful behavior.

I would encourage you to repent. Twice, once in the NT, and once in the OT, God says: be ye holy, for I am holy.

  • @Jlnks Christ did not create a whole new religion; Christ was the Messiah of Judaism; the religious leaders of Christ's day had so corrupted Judaism, the were unable to recognize their own Messiah.

I would encourage you to read more and not listen to so much liberal urban legend.

  • Please sign the petition to indict Sarah Palin for inciting violence in the attempted assassination of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords. The link is at the top of the comments section on my channel. The petition was started by Dr Stuart Jeanne Bramhall and is directed to the Dept of Justice. Words that have caused murder should have consequences, and those consequences should be legal. Feel free to share, repost, email, feature the link after signing. Thank you.

  • @MrVoulezvous Google: "Why Is The Media Ignoring Democrat Ads That Use Cross hairs?". Check the 1 for Drontek dot net. Bet you won't check it, will ya, Partisan. Loughners mom worked at the courthouse, he WAS known to LEOs, who were called to his house and encountered him in public. Tea Partier, more like OWS'er. PPl who knew him were afraid of him, but were kept quiet. The Pima Sheriff was totally negligent! He should be recalled (your game) and sued by the DOJ. Wait they already are suing AZ!

  • Republicans haven't balanced a budget in 30 years, they only give tax cuts to the wall street bankers and companies that outsource.

No 9-11 first responder health care, but tax cuts for billionaires are fine...

  • The Democrats are so shitty that I got this train of thought of how the biggest contributors to the DNC was the GOP. If only I possessed Glenn Becks imagination I'd have the conspiracy written out for you by now =/

  • TYT should be on MSNBC.

  • @derekxnl im thinking fox

  • Obama will lose next election, the reason is he has no balls

  • These Democrats are so pitiful. They need to be swept out of government until a new batch comes with with some energy and balls. These worthless sacks of shit deserved to loose in 2010 and they deserve to loose it all in 2012. Time for a purge. It's not what's best for the country, but it's best for the party.

  • @Umberto2 100% Fucking True.

  • I <3 Cenk Uygar.

  • TED COME BACK TO OHIO PPPLLLLZZZZ!!!

  • Try Bilderburg Group and you will know the up hill battle you moan about. Please we don't live in USA but we know the b&^lshit you are already sitting in as a country. refer to Alex Jones... Obama is just a Bilderberg puppet!

  • @TheRadioxkrapShow. When someone says refer to Alex Jones they are referring to nothing

  • @trocknickel THEN HELP ME OUT TELL ME THE TRUTH! Oh wise one...

  • he watches TYT

  • It took the Governor losing an election to speak his mind.. He's ALMOST as bad as Obama.

Let me "free" Obama... YOU AINT GONNA WIN IN 2012..

You should fight now.. At this rate even Sarah can whip your wimpy ass, Jimmy Carter part 2

  • Cenk, can you please run for PRESIDENT IN 2012? PLEASE!!!!! I'd vote for you.

  • @Michael0075 I don't think Cenk could run because he wasn't born in America, but if he could I'd vote for him too.

  • For all of you right wingers and left wingers, this is not about dems and repubs. Please say that to yourselve 100 timwes everyday. This is about RICH VS POOR. Please say that to yourselves 500 times everyday. I swear the American people are just cattle, Brainless animals.

  • @jaalvarado1 Yep, and the vast majority of the meatheads in this country will follow what ever TV sets (Foxnews) tells them. Like blind sheep to the slaughter. Baah. :(

  • @jaalvarado1 100% right. This is about the elite robbing the rest of us while we squabble about left and right.

  • Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black. If Strickland talked like this before, he might still be the Gov. Instead he let Kasich push him around with that hypocritrical "dems lost jobs and increased the deficit" nonsense.

  • This Robin hood mentality is beyond me. It smacks in the face of all our freedom. If the Government can tell ya how much you can make before they steal it and give it to who they deam worthy is not Freedom. Why dont we have a fair flat tax and force our leaders to live with in a budget. I'm dirt poor but I dont want anything I did not earn .However it would be nice to keep what I have earned! I dont believe the Government knows what is best for me.All they know is whats best for there own pocke

  • so totally agree - strickland and cenk nail it!

  • @ecwaufisxtreme omg, are you really this stupid?

  • Obama = limp dick

  • The next Alan Grayson? hope so.

  • what am i dreaming ? am i really hearing this ? a Democrat speaking was truly in hes mind? what ? now im surprised..... now i have truly seen everything.

  • I can't believe the fat man is so disingenuous as to equate "rich" people not having more of their money stolen as GIVING them anything, and equal with encouraging "working" people to STAY unemployed and feed off the system.

  • @marcef100m And just how does that "Konservative Kool-Aid" taste?

  • Where is you moral fiber, you are supporting the taking of money by some so that others can be paid to sit on butt. The rest of the world is laughing at us and you don't even understand why. It's really sad and pathetic what this country has come to. Unlike you, I don't come to my conclusion by watching guys like this on so that I know how to think. Don't even watch Fox, but that is why guys like you hate fox, you assume others are swayed just like you.

  • Ummm Wasn't the Republicans the party of NO! as in "I have NO ideas on how to make the world a better place."

It seems the shift towards blaming Democrats is happening. With TYT I feel like Im on a merry go round.

  • Ok. you convinced me Strickland for President !

  • Obama is like that stupid bitch that keeps going back to an abusive husband

  • @lilpoindexter

    Haha perfect analogy

  • @lilpoindexter I love you for saying this. It is -so- true.

  • @lilpoindexter It's true!!!!!!!!!!

  • @lilpoindexter

There is a reason why Obama keeps going back

it's called money.....lots and lots of money

  • National message for democrats or some political party should be a $30 to 36 dollar minimum wage.

  • wow that guy should run for governor or something

  • I'm starting to miss the old set :(

  • unemployment benefits for working people? isn't that a contradiction in terms?

  • @dontOVERREACT Obama was never a progressive to begin with. He was a pro establishment candidate. I don't understand how people could not get that. God damn america, I hope this country is plagued with zombies.

  • What they need is a leader with balls.

  • He needs to come to Nevada maybe we can kick Harry reids ignorant ass out.

  • hahahaha "If you can't take advantage of that ... YOU SUCK" epic quote

  • America is circling the toilet now.. It's leaders spineless and 2 faced (that includes both Democrats and Republicans). It's wealth squandered and stolen.. It's morals and values? Does it even have then? Or they just nice sound bites repeated to sooth the dim-witted masses?

  • @dontOVERREACT

    Vote for Cenk? Hellzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

    Yea!! :D

  • Ted Strickland, Allan Grayson and Al Frankin are the future of the democratic party. They get it and have the balls to stand up for what is right against the evil and hypocricy of the concervatives. It's to bad the rest of the dems in Washington DC are too chicken shit and weak to back them up.

  • @GJNCA i don't think that's just an issue in Ohio and Kentucky though, it's a trend all across America. people who care enough to vote during midterm elections, which is not a lot of people, mainly make decisions based on party affiliation rather than the candidates' records. if a Democrat is in office during bad times and things don't improve, they'll vote Republican next election, and vice versa, regardless if the incumbents tried to solve the issue.

  • It's like MJ once said "...They don't really care about us."

  • We need a Democratic primaries

  • @GJNCA Honestly Strickland isn't even that liberal, he even got an A rating by the NRA. People in this state are just crazy, ultra right wing, christian fascist! LOL

I love Ohio, but the majority of the people here are out of their Gourd.

  • I voted for Strickland. Wake up Ohio!!!

  • This is good, but even Cenk knows we do not need more evidence of good cop/bad cop. The Dems don't have a cohesive message because the goal is un-cohesion. Tis the season, no rhyme no reason. Confusion contusion, can't escape the illusion. Reality is illustrious to those who are industrious. Humans are an industry to feed the rapacity of the sinister society. Led by the oligarchy and their card sharky malarky full on mendacity. To mend a city it ain't gonna be pretty. TPC4VR
  • Cenk's hypocrisy is amazing. He and Ana frequently criticize Sarah Palin for being hokey and using common language (IE mama grizzles and Joe six pack) to make comparisons. Is there anything more populist then that?

  • @topher793 Populism is not about appealing to the LCD of the masses with couched jargon, but using honest language about the state of the majority of people and their needs. We are not a Capitalist society, we are a Democratic Society who has adopted Capitalism, which has now swallowed it's tail, thanks to greed.

  • Democrats are going to keep loosing untill they start fighting.

  • If Governor Strickland would be willing to consider and primary challenge to Obama in 2012, then Obama would either see the light or we get someone who can fight back.

Another solution might be for Strickland to take the lead for the Dem's away from whatever his name is.

  • strickland propane

  • OMG! Cenk when you ask the question what is the Democratic message I couldn't come up with a quick answer, but it only took me seconds to blurt out the Republican message. The Democratic party needs to hire a marketing director who has prove himself in the private sector, so they can come up with a clear and effective way to communicate their beliefs to the American people. Damn! Come up with some slogans or something. The Democratic are killing me!

  • @dontOVERREACT If there's a strong progressive candidate who can do it, and be a viable candidate, I'd vote for them.

  • it's funny how this former governer is saying this now..... but during his time frame he didn't mentiong shit....hmmmm wonder if it's because he lost his lobbiests.....funny.

  • @GJNCA (cont) it's not really because Ohio is "loopy-land" (although i don't deny that we have plenty of issues), it's because no one knows what's really going on in government because they either don't care or they watch Faux News all the time. even in this past election, no one in my family or dorm (200+ people) voted, yet they all got pissed when Strickland lost. people see the problems, they just don't care enough to help do anything about them, or they don't see the real cause of the issue.

  • @GJNCA well based on my personal experience as an Ohio resident, the reason why no one learns from their mistakes is because they don't know they made them. my parents, grandparents, and many other older relatives had never voted before the 2008 election, and they only voted in that one because they wanted a black guy in the White House. they don't keep up with politics at all, but think Obama is doing great and fixing everything, although they can't name a single thing he's done (cont)

  • I have to watch this twice because it's so true.

  • @dontOVERREACT

The sad thing is you're never going to elect a progressive. If you vote him then a Republican will take his place.

  • Bye bye Obama zombies....2012 here we come baby!

  • @pennjersey83 here we come what!?... asshat republicans that will just make everything worse? We are all screwed...

  • @ChameleonLost88

here we come to save the day! Conservatives are on their way! So lets destroy those libs and neo-cons!

  • @pennjersey83 whatever... both sides are hypocrites... as I said... we americans are all screwed with the asshats from all sides... Good luck to you for eating the corn out of the shit from "your" side...

  • @ChameleonLost88

Liberals are pathetic, politically correct, and annoying. Neo-cons are stupid, warmongeres. But true conservatives are here to balance the budget, END illegal immigration, and cut welfare....Tear off those Obama bumper stickers and welcome to the new America.

  • @pennjersey83 are you sure you are talking to me!?... or are you just grand standing on your soap box?... Ground Control to Major Tom....

  • @pennjersey83

The only real conservative on the Republican side is Ron Paul. But then he goes into crazy ideas. And Democrats are Republicans before they went crazy.Probably Pre-Reagan. We don't have anyone willing to balance the budget, end policing the world, deal with illegal immigration.Big business wants the cheap labor. And on the other side liberals think they should get residency. So we will probably never deal with illegal immigration.Too many special interests.

  • @jxsilicon9 What crazy ideas has Ron Paul offered?

He's one of the few talking sense in gov't

  • @pennjersey83

"conservatives are here to balance the budget" LOL LOL LOL . You need to tear some pages out of a recent history book. Conservatives are at the root the problem. Narrow minded and myopic hypocrites. Conservatives always have and always will be "Griefers". They enjoy seeing others suffer.

  • @JInks232

You are in liberal la la land. Fairy tale world where everyone is equal and politically correct. Fuck that shit. Balance the budget and start by ending welfare. Dont allow illegal immigrants or their kids to use our public services. Dont give any money to palestine or any nation that wants to do us or our allies harm. Get rid of the environmental protection agency and OSHA nutbags. And did I mention eliminate welfare so those bums cant get gov'ment checks?

  • @pennjersey83 Since you are making judgment about me without knowing who I am, I have to conclude that you have a character trait prone to Prejudice. Since, prejudiced views based on low information are irrational, I bet very few people are able to reason with you. I think this explains your vehement black and white views of the world . I think some people would say that is deluded. So you live in right winger la la land: conservatives balance budgets, folks on welfare live like kings.

  • @dontOVERREACT DEAN!

  • The national democratic leadership is not weak they are strong. they are strong FOR Corporate Elite. They don't give a shit about you or me

  • you know when you read novels and watch movies or play games where they talk about a government that is corrupt and opressin their people it usually some jungle ridden country, well now its us...........

  • Cenk, Governor of Ohio 2012

  • I do support Obama all the way and still will. But at the same time I agree. I really don't believe that Obama gets it. Republicans don't want to compromise and I think they celebrate how he still gives them the chance. I know some legislation has passed and I'm glad for it. but these last 2 years with large majorities in Congress that was the time to pass things not to be bipartisan. I really thought he got that when he pushed Health Care through. But apparently I was so wrong to believe that.

  • MSNBC pacifies Progressives.

  • Obama and his advisers are turning out to be a cancer on the Democratic party.

  • I wish I had voted for Hillary Clinton now. Bill Clinton at least fought the republicans tooth and nail, and I am sure Hillary would of as well.

  • @Nilanius I doubt it, because too many Democrats are doing the same. The problem is the electorate. Too many people lean to the right and are convinced that Democrats are all "spineless liberals". What we all should have done is kept Howard Dean from getting shut out of the game. I can't believe he got Ron Paul-ed back in 2004.

  • I've heard a Democrat say that they have a national message, but the problem is that they claim to want to cover every problem at once; jobs, racism, equality, balancing the budget, national security, health care, immigration... etc., etc., etc.

The inherent problem with being a liberal is that you naturally want to change things, and when you want to change things, it varies person to person. Being a conservative is easy, "Keep everything the same".

  • @dontOVERREACT The same people that own the Republicans, own Obama.

  • Fuck Obama, he bamboozled us. He's just another corporate puppet.

  • I really think that Hilary would have fought harder. She's a tough cookie.

  • @deadlyorgans She's even more corporate then Obama. And that's saying something.

  • @darealdjnutz Perhaps, but at least she's pretend better.

  • @deadlyorgans

Eeeh... I don't think she'd fight for the right stuff though. Obama's a VERY moderate president, and the Clintons are a bit further to the Right, even.

The Democrats don't want to "fight", because politicians are supposed to be legislating and governing, not fighting. They keep trying to play by the rules, and the GOP keeps juicing up on steroids.

  • Cenk is making so much sense and logic.

  • TYT deserves a national prime-time spot.

  • The trouble with the working class and the poor class, the people who need the social programs the most, is that they are not registered to vote. I think they move around so much whether it is for their jobs or they are homeless they do not register to vote. I just cannot believe the country is split down the middle 50/50 at voting time.

Also it is sad that 60%+ voter turnout at the last election, biggest since 1960 occurred. What happened to the peace protesters of the 60's?

  • CENK so refreshing to have you back to normal on tyt

  • @dontOVERREACT count me in.

  • @dontOVERREACT who will probably get assassinated

  • @dontOVERREACT

    I am.

  • Do you remember in US history when the politicians were afraid of the working class? I'm reading I heard you paint houses right now and I'm starting to pine for the days when the working man had that kind of muscle(wheres Hoffa when you need him),I understand that we(working class) are no longer in that position but wouldnt it be nice to have the power to shut them down,we have let them put us in this powerless position

  • I voted for Strickland! Kasich can kiss my ass and go back to WS

  • I live in Ohio and im sad to see strickland go. I saw so many ads against strickland saying he lost thousands of jobs (while not pointing out that the jobs were lost because of the recession and not because of him). And now we have a corporatist governer. Yay.

  • you know what i love about ohio? everything. tyt should have an ohio legion

  • The only thing that will happen with this is that he won't have Obama campaigning for him.

  • @Xerxes4242 Lol I think people all over the country are running scared of Obama campaigning for them.

  • Dems are going to have to cave on the tax cuts in exchange for something else. I've been watching the debates in congress and I see no Republicans budging an inch on the issue.

  • Finally more Dems with BALLS!

  • I didn't hear Ben Nelson, Blanche Lincoln, Jim Webb & Evan Bayh's name!

The aforementioned voted today to reject the "Bush Tax Cuts" because ALL Americans weren't included. This guy Cenk, a "former republican" has been an Obama hater since the begining. He's fooling the average viewer into thinking that President Obama is soley responsible for this entire fiasco. My Civics teacher taught us about the 3 branches of govt. and their purpose. The Senate plays a vital role in this equation!

  • @whiteliberal1 Of coarse there are 3 branches of gov't. But if you think the Obama was powerless to stop the conservative democrats under his watch you're being naive. He chose to escalate the afghan war, he chose to begin drilling in the arctic, he chose to preserve the Patriot act, he chose to kill even fighting for the public option. Most democrats as a whole are also to blame but Obama has much more power than those senators but he is just as guilty if not more.

  • @caspringer09 Now that I have your attention, President Obama chose to "escalate the Afghan war" prior to his election and people voting for him. He said, "I will increase the troop level in Afghanastan and pull out of Irag." What did I miss there?

The point I was making is that, Cenk continues to bash this man as if he (Obama) has been nothing but a lying coward! It's all his fault! Again, he can't make Ben Nelson or Blanch Lincoln vote a certain way. That's ridiculous.

  • How convenient that Strickland has all these balls to speak the truth......as soon as he is defeated in an election.

Me thinks that if he won, he would have said nada.

  • the democratic message: the lesser of two evils?

  • Is he the one that own Strickland's propane and propane accessories? Because if he is I want to thank him for giving my hamburgers a nice clean taste that charcoal just couldn't give. 8D

  • Obama, won't get it until he Nov.11th, 2012 when he loses...

  • If anything that Tequila Party idea that Latino leaders were thinking about could be a real platform for a new progressive movement, not exclusive to immigration reform, but for the stuff like this. I would have gladly jumped on a movement like that, can someone make it happen?

  • @huah5 sorry but what is the liberal idea of immigration reform?

Give amnesty to everyone in the US only to have a new crop of illegals and repeat this problem 30 years later?

I'm mostly liberal, but I'm not seeing any decent ideas of immigration reform coming from any Democrats.

Passing the DREAM act won't solve this problem by a long shot.

  • @Scipio2021

....aren't most democrats for a lengthy and difficult path to citizenship...i don't think anyone is asking to just give all illegals amnesty.

  • @Jamelo81 a path to citizenship for current illegals does not address the issue of future illegal immigrants.

Will anyone who sneaks across the border in the future get a path to citizenship as well?

I'm not heartless and I'm not against a path to citizenship for all illegals, I'm simply being a realist. Whether it's a path or amnesty, there will be future illegals and any serious reform needs to address this.

  • Strickland's Pro-Pain.

  • Gov. Strickland is on his way out so now he finds his voice. If he still had a job, he'd be covering his own ass just like the rest of this sorry bastards. you're a day late and a dollar short Ted........

  • damn, we got this guy strickland, and jan schakowsky, and dennis kucinich. and they got john boehner?!

and we're losing? when is barack obama gonna step up?

  • Comment removed

  • Governor Strickland (sp?) sounds like he'd make a better president than Obama. I think Obama has the mental power of a Bush but he's got the mouth of a Lincoln. Pretty pretty speeches but completely inept in every other way.

  • Time for a new political party; the two you have now are broken.

  • @crocfme There are apprixomately 70 national political parties, plus regional political parties. We need a system where every political party can openly be in the process with a viable chance.

  • @neacej1

The problem is (and we've started tackling this one in Aus.), that the best candidate isn't always the one with the best funded campaign. Corporate political donations will soon be no more here; the resultant level playing field will hopefully give every candidate a chance, not just the ones who whore themselves to the corporations...

  • @crocfme Concerning the position against corporate funding, Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission (a 2010 Supreme Court case) set it back a few years. In the US, an implied power (implied from Articles III and VI) of the Judical Branch is judicial review. Marbury v. Madison gave the Supreme Court the power to determine unconstitutional laws. In the Citizens United case, they determined that corporations had 1st amendment rights, and donating money is political speech.

  • @crocfme two new parties

  • It's about time...

  • Erm... I think he watches this show.

  • America, you may want to consider a multi-party system. I admit, it's still not perfect, but it seems to be better then the false dichotomy of republican / democrat.

  • @AestusL4 You mean multiple political parties like they have in countries like Belgium?...thanks but no thanks...it's been months and months on end, but yet they still fail to form a credible goverment.

  • @polkarde That's happened here in Canada too. For now though, the conservative party has a barely stable minority government. This has allowed some checks and balances within our government, and doesn't cause ALL issues to become two sided and split down the middle as it were. We all know there are more then two sides to every story. It's a logical fallacy to think otherwise.

  • If the Democrats want to be honest about their agenda, they should just come out and say it: "social democracy - let's keep the capitalist mode of production but give a shit about the poor as well". The problem is that this sounds too much like socialism, which already makes birchers, birthers and dittoheads see red (literally) and because of this, the rest of the country is afraid of the word as well.

(I myself don't agree with centre-left politics, but this is why Dems have an image problem.)

  • ...Jim DeMint started the recession! :D

  • @acewings221 LMFAO!!!

  • This guy for president

  • I agree with comments below on forming a new party/coalition. Let's teach dems and repukes both a lesson, stupid dirty punks!

  • 5:51 glorious freeze frame

  • Please Do This Same Piece On MSNBC!!!

  • I see only two possibilities

    1. Primary Obama 2012 starting January

    2. Convince as many progressive congressmen as possible to form a new party within the next 6 months

Either way, the Obama/Blue-dog/Republican ass-hats need to be toss out with the trash

  • @datRock

    Voting for #2 GREEN PARTY!!

  • @datRock or create a party, and merge with the Greens, to form a new coalition party I call the Labor-Green Party.

and we challenge Obama in 2012 with our own candidate in the primaries, or general election if we lose.

  • @KangaKucha

hmmm all i know is, that i am done with democrats.

  • @vcshort1 you and me both mate, lets go to a pub, have a drink, and plan a new party :)

  • @KangaKucha

lol i love to if you live in Oly,WA

  • @vcshort1 no such luck, Marietta GA

  • What is in the harm of giving "everyone tax breaks? Think about that.

  • obama has no balls.

  • @TheDeadhead76

    Really?

Shitting on His Base & American People Takes HUGE BALLS... He Just Played Us!

  • @benympls I agree with you on shitting on american, but it don't take balls to do that, repubicans do it all the time cause of their greed, not so much balls.

  • Tax cuts = letting people keep their money.

Tax hikes = taking more from people.

Grow up Cenk, and allow more than 3 seconds to think about this.

  • @LibertyDownUnder tax cuts = cutting social
