This was superbly done! Even the Buffy style held true! Love both series...but Buffy is a classic and just because she was first i still say she is the best. Although who can say no to Eric Northman..lol!

That 'Buffy' style opening of True Blood wasn't fit to shit on the original True Blood opening's shoe. True Blood's opening sequence is moody, has power and attitude and as Alan Ball put it, sex and blood and rock 'n' roll. Buffy is not a patch on True Blood.

I really liked it, but I would have liked to see an action shot of Sookie at the very end.

definitely, thought the same. the same sort of storyline, the blonde falling for a blonde vampire she once detested. was a huge Buffy fan n im glad True Blood is good enuff 4 me 2 get my vamp gothic romance fix again. Love the Southern twist 2. But sorry, Buff n Ang's love angst bangs up Sook n Bill's courtly romance. Angel is better lookin than Bill, more points on the tall, dark n handsome scale. Even his name is borin. Eric cld almost match up 2 Spike if Spike didnt have so much swagger.

It's a new TV Show about vampires ^^ It's adapted from a series of books. I don't know if you have heard about "Six Feet Under" but it is the same director who have made this show. It's really great but there's a lot of sex and violence ^^ anyway I find it very cool :D
