Usually, when Sinister Sam is after a certain person, they hide under the table and somebody drags him out. But the guy with the crayons hid behind the hatrack where he could easily be spotted.

I know it's a kid's show, but unless they take up art as a hobby, I have often wondered, what are adults doing with crayons? Especially the guy who says he has enough crayons to last him a lifetime.

Also note that at the end another purple muppet with dark hair turns up and no one had previously seen him.

Maybe the cowboy with the crayons probably bought them for his kid's birthday which he thought would be a nice thing to buy. He didn't tell Sinister Sam about his kid since he was too scared but, when he said "they're kind of purrty" which must mean, "they are the perfect present for his kid."

At the end, the purple cowboy must have just entered the bar seeing what was going on or, Sinister Sam just never came to him either because he was hiding or because Sam found who has the crayons.

One other thing since I ran out of characters in my last message.

Maybe the cowboy who said he has enough crayons, he must mean that his children are coloring with a huge amount of crayons at home and when he said he has enough crayons to last him for a lifetime, he must mean that his house is full of crayons where he doesn't need to buy anymore for his young children but, he's not using the crayons for himself.
