  • If Arnold wasn't Arnold, he wouldn't have won this competition.

  • Mentzer Rules!

  • Arnold was incredible! Even though he wasn't quite up to his own standards on this particular night, he was formidable nonetheless. He probably deserved the win.

  • ...il bodybuilder più bello armonioso e lineare della storia!!! insieme ad Oliva

  • Winning six consectutive years, having a five years break and winning again... I was just thinking what would have happened if he had competed all those years in between? Mr. Olympia x 11 !!!

  • that 1980 showed his great trainings and posing that made him one of the champions in the sports.

  • this is after saying he would quit in '75 right?

  • This was him at his worst...and he was still the BEST! Boyer Coe, Mike Mentzer and Frank Zane were all pissed off, but if they were honest with themselves...they just were not as good as The Oak that night or ever. Which is not to say that they were not some of the greats...they were (Dickerson, not so much) but Arnold was THE GREATEST, even at his worst.

  • @BrickhouseB2 I think Platz should have won it this year. Huge Arnold fan, jsut saying though...

  • The best part of Arnold schwarzenegger competing for 1980 Mr Olympia is watching him pose. This is what many bodybuilder's lack off the two poses that makes YOU look like a future Mr Olympia Bodybuilding Champion. Just have a look at 1:34 / 2:04 and the famous Arnold's pose of all time 1:36 / 2:04.

  • the king!!there is only one
