He grabbed the handle which doesn't have seastone init. If the entire thing was seastone then smoker would be negatively impacted aswell. The tip contains sea stone that's it.

@gatocien nope he grab his weapon which is seastone and that makes his arm solid but even though he grab the weapon watch the vid carefully...although it is highly likely that he knows haki since he is the most wanted man.

Dragon probably do have the mythical zoan dragon fruit. I mean, look at his name and how he even look like one ( hair, face). And Asian mythical dragon are able to control weather (lighting, rain, wind).

Probably a Wind Logia type. For one, he is able to stop Smoker-san(Smoke logia type) with his hand. But you can probably do that if you possess Haki ability and two, a wind logia may have the destructive property of creating a hurricane. So yeah that is my speculation. But I hope he possess some power that Oda san may eventually reveal soon.

See the lightning that hit buggy thats not a coincidence its actually dragons doing. See the episode smoker doubted if the lightning was really a coincidence. Dragon saved luffy. I believe he ate the weather weather fruit. his power is not just wind but also the weather itself. in episode 52 watch the weather is very clear at the start but when buggy captured luffy the weather suddenly turn bad.
