The Beat c'est un groupe de powerpop de la fin des 70s, il doit y avoir des reprises par les Exploding Hearts qui doivent trainer ici et là, c'est un des groupes issus de la séparation des Nerves (l'autre étant les Plimsouls)

What a shame..These guys were fantastic. I just recently bought this record upon suggestion from a friend-everyone I've played this for has flipped! Even though most of my friends are obsessed with D-beat/ HC etc. A perfect punk record,

I wanna call this power-pop or some other genre specific bullshit..Words fail me-this just rocks!

Would have loved to hear this live and loud.
