30 witnesses SOUNDS good but i've read the transcripts of that trial and there's some serious inconsistencies and outright lies in it. if u consider two elk et al reliable witnesses there's a problem. why not address the fact that in 76 at a grand jury hearing a man testified to a completely different scenario which he witnesses and then he was shut up. testimony at trial was just repeat of heresay upon heresay. and you know it.
It isn't only Looking Clouds testimony but 30 native american witnesses. Leonard Peltier had no witnesses testifying against him except the FBI and circumstantial evidence, so don't even try to compare John Graham case to Leonards.
It's the accusers and prosecution that keep dragging Peltier's into it. Ecoffey and wife worked it to get a statement against Peltier in at Arlo's trial, that has no bearing on Looking Cloud's case yet there it is. This isn't even about Anna Mae, as testimony clearly shows, its about vilifying AIM and labelling them terrorists. How convenient that the lead investigator's wife LIED to the main witness to get false evidence against these men. sickos.

Silly them to not realize an honorable man does not lie and make up stories about others to save his own ass.
John Graham would've taken one of the many plea bargains they've offered him to date. If he were guilty. If he were guilty there's no way he would have pushed, demanded, DNA testing. Why'd it take him doing that for the Gov't to test the evidence they've had for over 30 years?
John Graham should take a lie detector test by a certified polygraph examiner, if he is as innocent as he claims he would welcome the opportunity. I can even get it set up where it would be done on national television where everyone could see the results. If he passes I will be the first to donate my support and money for his defense.
If he refuses then he needs to stand trial for the crimes. There were over thirty sworn witnesses that convicted his accomplice Looking Cloud.
