There is a terrible ringing noise every time you turn the microphone on in the video. It's a high-pitched, high-frequency noise, like a dog whistle, except at a frequency that humans can hear. The video is great, your voice is great, but the annoying microphone squeel is terrible!

Yeah, couldn't help the sound. There was a technical issue in the student recording lab. And um, it was a Senior project, and I had to do the vocal narration. I'm not a vocal person though! I can program a computer though!

I miss the old days of the net sometimes; when it was local BBS. I had an internet connection in my house in about 1991 and I was the only kid on my block who did. Door games. shareware, photos and books-that's all it was. Some would disagree with me, but it was simpler back then. Nowadays, there's a lot of crap. Too many chats goin on, piracy, excessive amounts of porn, snuff-this is the stuff that needs to go. It is good for exposing crooks in the world though; like politicians. lol

back in the late 95+s and early 21st century the internet had some personality now we got youtube and wikipedia but also hordes of emo kids use it , in other words it doesn't give people an edge anymore and has gone mainstream so it's unlikely there will be much fundamentally new stuff going on...

good video, thanks. about the audio hum..if you're in the Americas, filter out the 60Hz (power-line fundamental freq.) hum and the 120Hz (2nd harmonic) hum with a digital NOTCH filter after dissecting the audio from the clip using ffmpeg or something similar.. then rejoin the cleaned up audio with the existing video. There's a loud noise in the background on most of this clip. Other than that its pretty good. You should consider remaking it, and i'll host it on thoughtware dot tv.

Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the equipment to remake it. The background noise was caused by a faulty ground wire on the microphone in the media lab at IUPUI. But, if someone out there can fix the noise on it for me, I'm game for that!
