i am 50% native American, 50% Scottish. i acquired a divers license in Edinburgh. after learning of my native American roots, i moved to California. i do have to say i LOVE it here. but the one thing i dislike the most, is other drivers. its like they took the class and forgot it all, or just don't care. i spent four year without a crash. moved to Cali and i have been hit twice inn my car, and once on my motorcycle. but then again, i should pay more attention, and that's what i get.
Basically the U.K and the U.S. have the same ratio of car accidents every year. It just seems bigger in the U.S. because the U.S. is about 40 times bigger than the U.K. (check stats in wikipedia) Then again you can't take anything a U.K. citizen says about an American seriously. It's like taking something an American says about a U.K. citizen seriously. They are like sisters always fighting about who is better. (insert meowing and screeching)

@aspiringdrummer17 Actually, I drive a stick shift. On very narrow country roads. America's roads are great...and yes easy (Sometimes), but that doesn't mean that they're any less harder to handle in dangerous weather. I am a good, cautious driver...and as in many other countries, we here have bad drivers. But, I can name other countries that have more wrecks per yr than America and have stupider drivers. I never said I was good btw. I said I can name countries that have worse drivers than USA.
