Oh yeah! Great Job with the MSR!. I would still get the aluminum swash plate just for the added bling bling. I have weighed the material and the aluminum is roughly the same weight. What you did with the landing gear was just awesome. Your bird looked real stable.
Nice looking upgrades man, i'm on my 2nd MSR now as i went straight into flying heli's with no experience so had a big learning curve. The landing skid upgrades definitely going to be 1st on my list of to dos! Nice fllying and nice camera work :)
I was thinking to get the MSR. I love flying micro helis. I had the old Blade CX which is now discontinued. It is to big for indoor flight though. It's like a foot and a half long and theres not enough room to fly indoors. So thats why I'm buying the MSR. I was going to upgrade it with a few aluminium parts. So far I'm going to get the aluminium tail boom with carbon fiber fin and aluminium head. What is the aluminium ani-collar and the aluminium main rotor head? Can you please tell me?
I like the modes u did to this heli. I'm not quite sure what I think about the landing gear tho. Just looks a little different w/ the large gear on it. Other than that. It looks nice n u flew it really well. Great job. thanks for the vid.
The MSR is actually quite a tricky little beast.... tntneon makes it look really easy. I am sure that those upgrades help but don't underestimate this man's piloting skills!
common man... how u gonna mess with that flybar junk, u must crash the mcpx huh. lol

Looks solid man! Still seems responsive, Do you feel like the added weight causes it to recenter itself more quickly when you center the cyclic?
ctonyp 2 months ago
@ctonyp no it threw it off a lil it made it where you had to fly it. I was keeping It center the whole time. Be blessed

Where did you get all of these mods and are they still available? Also, would you consider discussing how you adapted the landing gear?

Hi, nice mods. how much does it weigh now? and how much flight time do you have on the stock batt?
kalliber5 1 year ago
you are right i have the alum swash plate and its too heavy, 3/4 thro just to get off ground
budweiser45331 1 year ago
do you have any other suggestions for upgrades for landing gear? the stock breaks to easily.

Also should I get the aluminium swash plate? What do you mean it will be harder to control?

In the end. Did any of these upgrades that you have done have any significant impact on flight characteristics over the stock version?
