Hi,

Theres a whole for the strap on the left side of the phone.

You have to remove the back cover first to  be able to put the strap in.

It's actually at an awkward position.

Its on the upper left but not on the corner like most phones, if you look on the left side of the phone where there are no keys, you'll notice a hole that looks like a speaker or a microphone, but its a hole.. thats the lanyard eyelet.

This phone is pretty good. Sound through loudspeaker is ok, same with the sound through headphones. Mine came with a 256mb memory card, but you can put a 4gb one in. Camera is really really good.

But I suggest you look at something else like the N79, N85, N78 for better sound, camera and functionality.

i got the phone and yes u can take the writing off the screen it is just there by default . it is called active standby mode

Mine is great.

Have had no problems with it. But yes the reviews and comments you've read are true. It's only a matter of luck getting a good one.

As for the software bugs, they can easily get fixed by a simple software update via your PC.

Nah mate. Unfortunately it doesn't.

It has a 2.5mm jack but you can buy an adaptor. The sound would be exceptionally good.

They're very different phones.

The 6120 is a smartphone. You can install lots and lots of applications and softwares on the phone.

The 6500 Slide on the other hand is not a smartphone which means you can't install as much applications and softwares. Although it DOES have a better camera and better sound than the 6120.

The microSD goes just above the battery... you'll see the slot when you take the cover off.

The SIM card slot is under the memory card slot. You have to remove the battery for this but to remove the memory card, there is no need to remove the battery.
