  • Are there any psychology profs here that have ever heard of the following brainwashing techniques:

    1-Hero Identification

    2-Hero Substitution

    3-Hero Construction

    etc,

    used in relation to the movie and television industry. I came across this in some top secret papers when I was working overseas but I can't find anyone who has ever heard of this,not even on campus.I would like to discuss what I read with someone who is familiar with the topic.
