Oh the stupidity. THC is nonactive until it reaches a certain heat (not sure what it is, but definitely not room temperature). This dog isn't high UNLESS the weed was baked into something, made into a drink, or made into a candy (which didn't happen, since the guy recording said it was a plain nug). THC doesn't get you high until it reaches said heat. That's why people light it up when smoking. If you didn't have to heat it to get high, everybody would be eating it plain instead.
