actually its works from the first level and up because i did mine legit but i know how to do this so i showed my friend who hasnt ranked up once and it worked

Okay heres the basics:

You can do it from the rank PRIVATE.

If you do it at private youll jump about 10 ranks. If you do it at silver elite you jump 5-6 ranks, carry on doing it and its about 2 ranks every time. You can do it on PS3, but you need to find the maintenence code. Happy Glitching!

is there any way you can skip more ranks at a time because on mine at first it skips like 8 ranks now it will only skip 3 at a time is there any way you can make it skip more like at first please reply.

no, its just by luck that it skips more at high lvls
