Depends for example Sevilla and Villareal were bad teams in 2003 and now are much better Villareal could have arrived to the final in 2006 if Riquelme wouldnt have failed a penalty. And Villareal is very little village of Spain is amazing. And Deportivo or Valencia are worse now than in 2003, but Valencia is playing good this year. The problem is that Real Madrid and Barcelona are too good.
