I just joined the challenge, and although I'm not new to yoga, I decided to start with level 1 and I had a question about this version of sun salutation. How many rounds would you recommend, or is 1 round enough?
I have a question...I received this in email as a day 1 video, but I sign up for level 1, never did yoga in my life before, this says at the top of the video level 2/3...am I suppose to do this as day 1 or not?
Hi Dashama- i've been off the yoga radar for a while now, but have resolved to begin the 30 day challenge once again... Thank you as always for providing us with an excellant way to start my day! Big love, Will X
I fully agree with MarJing2010. But I've got 1 question: how should one develop such back flexibility? When you are not even close, that looks so challenging, nearly IMPOSSIBLE.
Thank very much for exposing us those excellent stuffs. For me this is one of best places to learn self yoga. I am sure you are going to be my motivation of yoga in my lifestyle.
Your teaching is so complete both in demonstrating the asanas correctly and also in giving the knowledge behind each asana.
Pliz keep spreading good message. I sincerely appreciate your effort.
this is a level 2/3 variation of sun salutations. i have other variations for new beginners.. i have tons of videos on here for free for beginners through advanced. also, my full length dvd is for beginners. balance your life with yoga available on my website. namaste
Dashama there are any recomendations for men, since we have lower mobility in the hips?and is important to start with the right or the left leg?sometimes I just start with the harder (pain gluton :D)
i feel that men and women are both equal in hip mobility. it doesn't matter if you start with left or right leg, just be sure to do both! blessings and light, dashama
Oh my gosh that was too fast! im willing to do a ten min video at least..slow down please. i was like racing from one position to the other and i dont felt i held them long enough because i had to keep up...newbie!
I hope you are going to do another inner thigh flexibility day with exercises in addition to the helpful ones you did on Day 6 previously. I found the stretches very helpful since I have tight hips to work on. Thanks!
very beautiful, dashama! i love the variation. sometimes i experience a bit of burnout with the standard sun salutes, and this adds new life into it. i'm definitely looking forward to tomorrow's video. thank you.
what was your name before dashama

And how many times do I need to repeat the whole sequence during each morning?
snuffles1111 1 year ago
@snuffles1111 do it as long as you can, maybe up to 30 minutes would be great. Or more if you have time. .

Isn't this supposed to be a beginners 30-day course? Newcomers are going to hurt themselves trying this.
