hey dude my buddy and has been doing crossfit for awhile and hes jacked. i was thinkin about doin it with him you should def upload a video of you doin some crossfit stuff if u have a camcorder. im doin p90x so i'm done in june and thats goin pretty well but keep up with the videos theyre great! and id also like to see the animal pak video i'm takin that also right now
@madspeed7 thats great to hear that he's doing well with it. I did crossfit last summer in preparation for my upcoming football season, and while i did get into much better cardiovascular shape, i didnt increase my muscle strength that much which hurt me once i got to camp. The training I'm doing now is much more football oriented rather than just increasing cardiovascular strength. i havent started taking the animal pak yet but i'm going to be trying it soon, so once i do i'll upload it.
