@propaguything at 20 fps it's playable yeah, but note that is the lowest setting possible, and you do need a strong cpu to drive the game. if u using some sort of slow dual core it won't cut it . GTA4 is mostly about cpu power

worth it for not just igp the chipset itself is much better then 780G in general, i say it's worth the money but it doesn't have to be 50 bucks more, my current biostar 790GX is only around 110, and btw, 780G only shares memory with RAM, 790GX got dedicated ram for video

Not true, Intel do make the fastest processors, but does that really mean AMD sucks? Absolutely not! Why? They actually make a product that is worth more than it should be. Intel, they charge $200+ for a Core i5 661, AMD Phenom II x4 820 is $90 and get's better benchmark results. Google "High End CPU passmark" and you will see. On a side note, my AMD Athlon 64 X2 2.0GHZ w/PC3200 ram was faster than a 3.4ghz Pentium 4 and a 2.66ghz Pentium D w/DDR 2. It was also cheaper.

Also a Geforce 6800 barely maxes out Farcry. The onboard HD3300 with no sideport memory is even faster than the 6800. Its nearly as fast as the 7800GTX.

Thanks to AMD's powerful HD3200/3300 onboard graphics chip and it's sideport technology, the performance on HD3200/3300 is much faster then nVidia's Integrated 8200 chip, btw sideport is a Gddr3 memory integrated on the motherboard for video performance, dedicated for it's onboard graphic chips.

I´m still impressed on how good those new IGP are...

I mean...

there´s a lot of ppl with good cards having problem to play GTA IV, and still, with a simple hd3300 you can play it (even if it´s on the lower settings), wich is great, since you don´t spend a buck on a graphics card... :)

Does this game still have that unrealistic crap where the cops just keep spawning over and over? I hated that in gta.. I see it hasn't changed much, just better graphics. I'm not really impressed. They could of learned a few things from the old mafia game.

I don't know about how the cops spawn, but they no longer know where you are at all times. You can actually hide from them (like crouching behind a bunch of trashcans in an alley). If they don't have visual contact with you they do a search in specific radius depending on your wanted level.
