Reason is really good, there's so much that you can do with it...you just need a computer and a MIDI controller. I personally like it best on an apple computer. If you get Reason you have to be persistant because it takes some people (like me) a while to figure out. But it's a really good program, and really easy once you learn the ropes.

Reason is a program for creating sounds and recording MIDI data. It can be linked with host recording applications like Pro Tools, Logic, Cubase, etc....
