  • Yea, your teeth are fucked up, and you don't get the hole trip that if I require my cell to produce 9 energy and carbs produce 3 and protein produces 9 if you burn carbs it will slow you down...If you are used to burning a lot then you eat a little you will feel bad! Monist asshole.

  • I am considering becoming raw vegan, but I am worried about the essential 8 amino acids. I know that there's no realy point in protein except that complete proteins have all 8, but where do we get these in raw foods?

  • Thank you for posting this, I went vegetarian 3 weeks ago and I've been very weak the past couple days. This helps alot :)

  • I am glad this helped. If you have any questions or need any advice let me know.

  • i am vegan, almost at the 2 years point, im am severly anemic, and carbs aren't helping me in losing fat, what do you suggest

by carbs i mean whole grains

  • Hello there! If you are anemic due to an iron deficiency you may need to supplement. I suggest focusing on eating as many whole greens, like spinach, kale, chard, romaine, red and green leaf lettuces, they are loaded with iron and many other minerals. I usually advocate eating starchy veggies like potatoes and sweet potatoes and fruit for the bulk of your calories instead of grains. Grains are higher in calories and lower in nutrients than the veggies. Let me know how it is going.

  • you need protein to stimulate muscle growth along with bcaas and glutamine for recovery... vegan is not the way to go.. especially if you want to have a mans body and not a little girls

  • You are clueless about human nutrition. I can tell you get your info from muscle mags. Check out veganbodybuilding(dot)com Animal protein is completely unnecessary and non-essential for human health.

  • simply put,

    exercise is the answer

  • I love your enthusiasm.

I have a concern: I am a 22 year old male student, very active and in shape. I've been trying to transform my health to its highest point, and feel like I'm halfway there. I've lost 20 pounds since April, and now weigh 146 pounds,, but my concern is a layer of fat that is covering my waist line and my lower abs and back.

I don't want this fat to be there! Do you have suggestions for what I should eat?

    Thanks

  • I think the best thing to eat is a whole food(nothing processed) vegan diet. If you want to lose that layer of fat you will have to exercise more while keeping you food intake the same or decrease you food intake. Losing the fat is all about creating a caloric deficit. When you aren't eating all the calories you need to support your weight you lose fat.

  • Thanks for your help. I really appreciate all of your knowledge and advice!

  • would you say that a vegan diet is natural to the human body ????

  • Not as the entire diet

  • As natural as any diet. We have the digestive anatomy and physiology that allows us to thrive on a whole food vegan diet.

  • I dont agree with the idea that Veganism is as natural as any diet. For example most Americans consume large amounts of processed and refined foods that are not naturally found in nature, I wouldnt assume that this is a natural diet. I dont necessarily believe that being vegan is the only way to live a healthy lifestyle but I would agree that it is most certainly a very good one. I would suggest the idea that a whole food diet including free range meat in moderation would be the healthiest.

  • You can make the suggestion that a whole food diet including free range meat would be the healthiest but do you have any data to support you suggestion? I never read studies that say eat more meat, milk, cheese, eggs, etc. They usually all say eat more fruits and veggies for optimal health.

  • Im not suggesting that everyone should eat more meat milk, cheese, & eggs. The reason most studies suggest most people should eat more veggies & fruit is because most Americans over consume meat, milk, cheese and eggs. Ive never seen a study conducted that involved health conscious individuals that ate a diet consisting predominantly of veggies & fruits, who also incorporated a sparse to moderate amount of meat and non-vegan foods.

  • I would propose the idea that most scientific data is rooted upon a biased foundation, siding either with the belief that veganism is the healthiest lyfestyle choice or vice versa. Perhaps the healthiest thing for a human being with a physiological anatomy that is constantly changinging/aging would be a diet that adjusts accordingly. I strongly believe that the majority of ones diet should consist of fruits & veggies, but I believe that occassionally consuming nonvegan foods, would be a benefit.

  • @VibrantVegan What is your opinion on the natural foods diet that weston a. price discovered? Sally Fallons talks about it too.. When I was vegan, I didn't crave meat that much, but now it's one of the few things that fills me up. My Aunt, who's vegetarian, craves animal fat constantly... if a vegan diet is best, why do some people crave animal fat?

  • @VibrantVegan.

Meat aint as important as carbohydrate sources then again saying meat has any bad affects on human is just foulish and misleading, delusional id even say. So why not use meat? In all honesty, i am against CHILDREN not eating meat/dairy products, the essential amino acids in those foods are a must to grow.

I eat about 2 pounds of lean meat a day (im a bb), for me lean meat is the healthies and most valuabe food out there. I do not discourage veganism though.

  • Great advises, !!

.How many water do u recomend to drink per day?

  • If you are over 150pounds or 68kg and have healthy kidneys I suggest drinking at least 80ounces a day. That should keep you well hydrated.

  • At least 80 ounces for optimal hydration. It depends on how much you weigh though.

  • Great video :)

  • Thanks!
