No, I'm not sure of the sound to be honest I think it's a fraction slow. When I made the vide the audio was about a second short of the video. Although I'd be suprised if the audio actually goes with the video anyway, generally it was dubbed over afterwards. On the next one it should be better.
It was a fiddle to make this, I made the vid using Win Movie Maker and exported it, then slowed the audio with Roni Slow Me Down (crucially keeps the pitch/key the same) then slowed the vid by half and re-exported with WMM dubbed over with the half speed audio.
Ha, his hand looks awesome doing the splitstroke when it's slown down :D

Are you really sure of the sync? George in the pictures is finished two beats before the sound is, and I also can´t hear the triplets he is doing...

Your slow-mo quality is definitely better than my "Riva .flv to .wmv" trick. Audio sounds better, too.
